I began my career as a State Farm team member right after graduating high school, and this is the only industry I’ve ever worked in. As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jared Trella - State Farm Agent, you play a key role in driving both daily operations and overall agency growth. This is a sales-focused position where your ability to build relationships, identify opportunities, and consistently produce results directly impacts your success and the success of the agency.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jared Trella - State Farm Agent, you play a key role in driving both daily operations and overall agency growth. You’ll work closely with customers to understand their needs, recommend appropriate coverage, and deliver a strong, consistent experience. This role is built for someone who is motivated by clear expectations and thrives in a performance-driven environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Educate customers on insurance products and recommend coverage based on their needs.
- Assist with policy applications, renewals, and ongoing service needs.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly Property & Casualty production requirements to remain in good standing.
- Proactively generate and follow up on opportunities to maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Active Property & Casualty license required at time of hire.
- Life & Health license must be obtained within the first 30 days (completed while working in-office).
- Proven sales experience with the ability to meet or exceed production goals.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Self-disciplined, motivated, and comfortable working in a results-driven environment.
WHAT TO EXPECT
This role offers a stable salary with flexibility tied to performance. While the general expectation is a 40-hour, in-office workweek, success in the role is measured by consistently meeting monthly production goals.

Compensation $52,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
