I began my career as a State Farm team member right after graduating high school, and this is the only industry I’ve ever worked in. As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jared Trella - State Farm Agent, you will drive agency growth through strong customer relationships and consistent sales production. This is a performance-based role where your ability to generate business and meet goals directly impacts your success.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain customer relationships to support retention and growth
- Conduct policy reviews and recommend appropriate coverage
- Resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions
- Generate new business by working both warm and cold leads
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly Property & Casualty production requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
- Active Property & Casualty license required at time of hire
- Life & Health license must be obtained within the first 30 days (in-office)
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
- Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable in a results-driven environment
WHAT TO EXPECT
This role offers a stable salary with flexibility tied to production. While the general expectation is a 40-hour, in-office schedule, success is measured by consistently meeting monthly production goals.

Compensation $52,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
