I began my career as a State Farm team member right after graduating high school, and this is the only industry I’ve ever worked in. That experience has given me a deep understanding of the business and a strong commitment to helping both customers and team members succeed.
We stay involved locally as a member of the Howell Chamber of Commerce and believe in being active and present in the community we serve.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jared Trella - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
