We are currently seeking a motivated and driven sales professional to join our agency as an Account Associate/Producer or to be enrolled in the Agent Aspirant Program; This unique opportunity is designed for individuals who aspire to own their own State Farm agency in the future.
Position SummaryAs an Account Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our agency's sales efforts while developing the necessary skills and knowledge to compete with your peers in the area or for your own agency in the future. You will work with the agency owner and team to drive sales, build client relationships, and contribute to the overall success of the agency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Actively pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and community engagement.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend appropriate insurance products and services.
- Assist in the management of client accounts, ensuring timely follow-up and excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with the agency owner on marketing strategies and promotional initiatives to enhance agency visibility.
- Participate in ongoing training and development activities to enhance sales techniques and industry knowledge.
- Track and report on sales metrics and progress toward goals.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance, financial services, or a related field.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed and achieve results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Valid insurance license or the willingness to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
